Our Story: Building Bridges, Not Just Systems

In 2005, James and Natalie Riley, a husband-and-wife team with a shared vision, founded JNR Networks in a moment of inspiration. They saw a gap in the IT world- a disconnect between technology and the people it was meant to serve. From their kitchen table, with cups of coffee and a dream to make a difference, they set out to create something extraordinary: a business consulting firm that uses IT as a tool to empower people and transform businesses. 

At JNR Networks, we’re not your typical IT company. Sure, we handle the nuts and bolts- procurement, design, implementation, help desk, lifecycle planning- but we’re driven by something deeper. We believe technology should never overshadow the human element. It’s about understanding your business, your culture, and your people, then crafting solutions that go beyond servers and software. Our work weaves together HR policies, operational strategies, and cultural alignment to create something truly transformative.

Our Values

Integrity

Integrity has two distinct, but related facets. The first relates to a person’s character, ensuring that there is consistency between what they say and what they do. The second focuses on how objects and systems properly do what they are designed to do and interoperate with other systems in a cohesive fashion so the entire system operates as a unified whole.

Impact

Integrity is a nice concept, but until it is put into action, it sits on the shelf, collecting dust and cannot have impact. We believe that we are designed to do more than have great ideas and philosophies. We are designed to put them into action with consistency and integrity so that we can have a positive impact on those that we have the honor of working with and serving. As such, all of our work filters through an evaluation of its impact…if it won’t have a positive impact, we set it aside.

Growth

We see growth as the natural result of doing the right things for the right people for the right reasons. When we do impactful things, with integrity, growth is a natural result.
